SWANO'S 10 [VOLUME 3] PT.19

Curated by Lukey Lenz
Here at SwanoDown, we listen to a ton of music on a DAILY basis. And during these days, of course, there are standout tracks. Below you'll find the 10 compositions we feel you should check out tonight, (or soon). We find these artists to be the most cutting-edge. And oh yeah, this is in no particular order... You decide!
Compositionally elevated songs by artists like R U Steve, Damien Sebe, and Manpreet Kundi, are all featured today.

R U Steve- Alien Years

Since 2017, I’ve been mesmerized by tracks like this. Steady strings and light percussion are meant solely to soothe the listener. This song is perfect for relaxing or focusing in and getting into work mode.

Gabriella Zauna- ROXY BAMBINI

With an ethereal voice that whispers in your ear and a synthesizer that takes you to an 80’s lounge, Zauna delivers a mesmerizing track that intoxicates. This track is perfect for your rainy night drives or your tropical sunsets.

Cliftun- I Never Ever Wanna Drink Again

You know that feeling when you’re 21 and you and your friends have terrible hangovers from the night before? Clifton delivers the anthem for post-intoxication blues. With a lot of electronic bass and autotune, this entry takes you high and low with energetic vocals. This is a track that will certainly make you want to drink and have fun– or never ever want to drink again.

Remington Hill- Iceberg

Despite this song’s title, it makes you feel warm. With a healthy mix of synth, progressing percussion and supplementing strings, this track takes you to a cozy mental environment and feeds your imagination.

Jaz Valentino- True Keys

The eerie and steady build up on this track will hold you until the beat drops and well beyond. The silky vocals on this will fill your speakers or earphones and present you with the landscape of Valentino’s mind.

sftspkn- Aurora

Only two things remind me of what I hear in this track, swimming in the summer or being on a plane. With its white noise and atmosphere, this piece is perfect for sipping on a nice warm drink.

Damien Sebe- Tales of Magic

The cover for this track is a boat floating off into an astral sunset, lit up with stars. This cover art gives me a feeling of adventure and all its mystery. With its strings that make you ponder and keys like rain drops, “Tales of Magic” sets the scene for a long uncertain journey.

Miynt- Station Station

Picture this: You enter the theater of a new action/mystery movie. The heroine is exhibited riding a motorcycle as the sleek title sequence plays. This track is the first song on the soundtrack. You’re already invested. With its eerie and foreboding essence, this track will chill and excite you.

Jaco- Down

Starting us with a smooth loop, Jaco’s lyricism takes us through a tunnel of lyrics pouring from the depths of his heart and his mind. These lyrics talk about optimism, faith, evolving, money, drug addiction, and overall struggle, giving us a blunt look into a life many of us can relate to.

Manpreet Kundi- don’t wake me

With the ghost-like vocals and awe inspiring violin, this track makes the listener feel like they are high in a atmosphere, just above the clouds. Kundi manages to manifest herself as a spirit coming down to earth, telling us her story.
