There is a certain draw to the world of extreme sports. Dirt bikes have captivated audiences since their invention. As a kid I was mesmerized by the Barnum and Bailey circus that would come to Baltimore when there would be 5-6 dirt bikes driving in the metal ball of death simultaneously. These bikes defied gravity with their speed and inspired young audience members to live life to the fullest.
Collin Otten has captured audiences with his skills. A few years ago he shocked the world with his breathtaking stunts and elite bikes. Today, you can find him on TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube. Not only can you find him on a dirt path, Collin also frequents the snow, sporting several different snowmobiles to cruise on. In many of his videos you can catch him posted up in his huge garage showing the power and speed these bikes have. It’s fun to watch because we’re so used to seeing bikes being put to use on trails and in other competitions. In much of his content he is taking newer model bikes and beating them up, pushing them down hills, and knocking them over off the stand.
His audience finds his antics comedic and a bit tragic, many of them lamenting about the youth of the bikes. Collin has made a resurgence after some down time and is releasing YouTube videos again.
