Mark Kross crafts a song that tries to capture the emotions of someone going through a breakup that was unexpected. His newest single is entitled, Fallin’, and for good reason. It plays to the effects of love, being in love and that love being taken away in an instant. The time that was invested was wasted away, now there is an empty feeling inside your heart.

His songwriting on Fallin’ was engaging, due to its relatability of heartbreak. It’s a common theme that everyday people go through, in hopes of reversing the trend.
